Step 1: Calibrate your process
You receive a personal login so you can tailor and follow your recruitment process.
Step 2: Tailor your process
Your recruitment profile will be set up by the Tengai team and you just need to get familiar with the Tengai Performance Indicator™ and the personality traits it measures. At this step you can rank the traits in order of importance (custom), or leave them as equally important (basic).
Step 3: The robot interview
Receive updates during the interview so you know when you should go and greet the candidate. The structured interview consists of three different phases, the Welcome phase, followed by the Assessment phase and completed by the Next Step phase.
Step 4: Manual scoring
You have the option to listen to interview audio of soft skills answers and give a manual scoring. Which automatically will be combined with the Tengai Performance Indicator™ and then provide you with a final short-list of recommended candidates.
Step 5: Evaluation
Compare the candidate's scoring in the assignment report and make an objective, data-driven decision on which candidates you want to move forward with. Invite the highest scoring candidates for personal interviews to ensure motivation and drive.
