Update: Candidates Love Autofeedback
In February we were happy to announce our latest release, “Autofeedback”, which allowed job-seekers to get feedback during the conversation. Meaning that Tengai now can deliver personalized descriptions that gives candidates an idea of how the interpretation of their personality is made.
One month with the new feature and our latest numbers are in. It shows an increase in candidate satisfaction from 80% to a splendid 89% (would like to do it again in another process). Not only that, candidate’s will to recommend our solutions to others have also increased due to the latest release and is now 80% (from previously 64%).

Automatic job-interview feedback
During a digital screening interview with Tengai, candidates are asked a series of questions related to their personality and behavior. This results in valuable information for the recruiter to have in the early stages of the recruitment funnel. With Autofeedback, candidates get instant feedback from their conversations before the result is sent to the recruiter in the next step.
Throughout the process of developing Tengai, we continuously collected candidate feedback. When we asked candidates what they would want to add to the digital meeting, their number one wish was the possibility to get feedback.
