My Thoughts in January 2020
We had an amazing start-up year in 2019 filled with events, new clients and with a serious focus on Tengai’s development. We have gotten a lot of input from the market to really understand what both clients and candidates want and need. We are now going into the new decade with a bigger team and getting ready to launch Tengai Stand Alone. This will be the first stand-alone product we are presenting and we are so excited to introduce it to the market. We believe that it’s going to change recruitment as we know it. Integrating Tengai’s interview in the reqruitment process, the quality will go up, the process will be more efficient and the cost will be lower.
New HQ in Stockholm!
Our team is growing so we decided to relocate to a new office. So now we’re sitting together with our sister companies, TNG and Ada Digital. The new space is located on Pyramidvägen 7, which is right next to Mall of Scandinavia in Solna. We’re loving the new office and what a great way to enter the new year!
Science that inspires me
This infographic from Business Insider is continuing to inspire me. Even though it’s from 2015, I find it as relevant today as it was five years ago. We think that we are making rational and logical decisions every day, but the reality is that our brains literally are hardwired to have cognitive blocks. Because we need to make sense of the world we live in. And this is just 20 of our cognitive biases. But there are over 100!! And it’s this kind of information that makes me realize just how important our work with Tengai is. Knowing that we’re making a difference and actually contributing to making recruitment more fair and objective.
