My Thoughts in April 2020
The Coronacrisis has changed how we see the world, the global economy and has given us insight into how fragile life really is. I really hope all of you are staying safe! The crisis has also pushed the technological adaptation and we are now seeing more companies using solutions too meet the distance work and meetings. I am therefore seeing a lot of organizations who are implementing videointerviews, because they lack other options. But this is problematic since video interviews aren’t sufficient in making quality hiring decisions. And this is where Tengai comes in. Now when we are getting more familiar using new technology that assists us in our processess, it’s time to raise the bar on quality and objectivity to make well-informed decisions.
We are getting very close to the launch of the next generation of Tengai! On May 1st the completely automated solution will be available where clients can lease and have one or several Tengai robots available at their preferred location. Making the process efficient and easy for recruiters and hiring managers. Included with the solution is our new software Tengai Recruit, where you now can tailor the assessment and follow the recruitment process in real-time.
Here are 5 things you gain when implementing the robot interviews:
- 7 times as many interviews
- A Corona-safe interview experience for both recruiters and candidates
- Data-driven assessments and a higher quality hiring outcome
- A validated method, proven to make your process more objective
- Save up to 90% of your interview expenses
In this Food For Thought, I want to share some exciting news about a new collaboration, an article where I was featured as one of the women in front of tech in recruitment and a diversity inphographic from Hubert AI.
Hope you enjoy!

Increase your company’s profitability with diversity
We have developed Tengai with a Diversity and Inclusion software to assist you in making objective hiring decisions. Because diversity in companies is proven to increase profitability. Therefore, we want to do everything we can to achieve that. And today we know that unconscious bias (even at the interview level) can hinder an organisations’ attempt at reaching that. Which is why you need tools like Tengai to make your process more objective.
Read about all the benefits of diversity Here.
